Man, that compression algo is annoying as dicks.
You'd think it would stop changing the damn compression on a static group of frames.
Literally nothing changes besides when it goes to another person.
This file would have been less than half the size if it didn't shit itself at static frames.

Is there some way to fix that with FLV to SWF conversion?

>> [_] Anonymous 07/31/14(Thu)08:51 No.2470999

  >>2470993
No idea really. Never used it. (or converted anything to SWF at that)

Ideally a good algo would be one that analyses at least a few frames before and after the current
one and decide whether to do anything, or repeat the frame for the set delay.
Bonus points if it can set a noise value so if it is just a noisy recording and you want to
  filter that out, you could.

brings back the memories, I had several thousand hours between DC and SS

you could just rip the audio, take the pictures of stale images and put them together in adobe
  flash

Oh god, I never heard this in DC...

I never knew they ever characterized the T'au as the good guys/atheists so badly.

Tau are always characterized as the "good guys." They're naive and idealistic in most of their
  fluff.

Actually they're oppressive communist assholes who force anyone who doesn't believe in what they
  believe in under their rule.

  >force anyone who doesn't believe in what they believe in under their rule.

That's nice. Anyone who doesn't agree that all sentient beings should strive to ensure the
greatest good for the greatest number of beings in the galaxy deserves to be destroyed - as they
obviously intend NOT to strive to ensure the greatest good for the greatest number of beings in
  the galaxy.

  >>2471057
they're completely characterized as that, except for the shitty things it's hinted at them doing,
like disappearing dissidents or disbelievers of the greater good. But that's sorta par for the
course in almost all the factions

the greatest number of beings in the galaxy are the humans. So technically the imperium is
already striving to ensure the greatest good for the greatest number of beings.
