Man, that compression algo is annoying as dicks.
You'd think it would stop changing the damn compression on a static group of frames.
Literally nothing changes besides when it goes to another person.
This file would have been less than half the size if it didn't shit itself at static frames.

No idea really. Never used it. (or converted anything to SWF at that)
Ideally a good algo would be one that analyses at least a few frames before and after the current
one and decide whether to do anything, or repeat the frame for the set delay.
Bonus points if it can set a noise value so if it is just a noisy recording and you want to
filter that out, you could.
