wtf, every time i attack my monster gets damaged because the enemy manages to get a higher def
number, yet when they attack it always succeeds no matter how high my card's def is.
this is why i hate games where damage and other shit depends on "rolling".

I was almost tempted to start keeping track of the rolls because it felt so much like I was

It's probably just confirmation bias though. Shit though, I hate how 3 defense for the opponents
card is like an insurmountable wall while 5 defense for my cards might as well be piece of toilet
paper.

i had one monster with 3 def that lasted for quite a while against 8 attack ones but i couldn't
damage the enemy so in the end it was a boring stalemate of endless summonings.
summoning in this is also shit, i mean there's a reason why pretty much every card game from
pokemon to magic and beyond has some kind of tribute needed for the stronger ones.
