Chuck the rock from the first half of the level upwards to deflect the incoming first attack,
then use your main weapon (either one works, I found) to start beating it senseless. You'll get a
nice surprise afterwards.

If you're talking about the one I think you're talking about, you're not supposed to actually
jump it. Go back and look around, there's a teleporter.
I think it might actually be possible to make it via the boost glitch, but I wouldn't risk a 1
frame trick there if I were you.
