I'm new to actionscript and if anyone has suggestions for visual/audio sync issues, i'd like to
hear them.

Half the people I show it to say something along these lines. I don't know. I'm sorry. To me it
looks smooth and fun to watch. Maybe if you have a giant screen it's painful. Thanks for risking
your eyesight for me anyway.
>> [_] Anonymous 07/20/14(Sun)06:33 No.2457801
This is somehow very pleasant to watch.

so when I try to follow the dots with my eyes I see them blurred but when I don't I see them
clearly
wtf eyes?

This is probably because of the delay of your LCD screen reacting to them disappearing.
>> [_] Anonymous 07/20/14(Sun)06:47 No.2457807
My monitor is a big ass tv, I had to dart my eyes back and forth to read clearly, enjoyed it
thanks op.

Wished it looped though, trailing off to silent flashing colors was a bit disappointing.

Sorry. If you really really want I can post another version. This is actually just a demo for
timing, and I plan to do much more animation and stuff with the sequencing I have set up.

>>2457812
Well I saved it anyway, a looped version would be cool but I can wait if you have other plans for
it.

Try resizing the browser window.
Try square-like sizes, try tall sizes, try wide sizes.
>> [_] Anonymous 07/20/14(Sun)07:26 No.2457825

Yup, needs to loop!

Also, this is true.
>> [_] Anonymous 07/20/14(Sun)07:39 No.2457834
My fps drops from 60 to like 30 every ~12th bounce for 3 bounces.
>> [_] Anonymous 07/20/14(Sun)07:48 No.2457838

Although there is probably stuff for me to optimise still, I'd say it's because there's some
other process on your computer that's taking up resources every now and then. I get the same
thing on my 2011 era hardware but only every now and then, at random. Thanks for the feedback.

Yeah, it drops frames on my 2007 laptop.

Viewing it up close on my 22" monitor makes my fucking head hurt.
But when I back up about 10', it's smooth and easy to read.
