Most people either don't care or don't want to get in any trouble themselves. Most of the works FTF steals from is Zone's works and Zone honestly doesn't care about the ripoffs since his stuff gets pirated anyway. Also, most artists who normally make rule 34 of non original characters are in no position to sue anyone for tracing from their works, they'll just get counter sued by the company that owns the characters the art is based on unless they're trademarks.
