Batman the Animated Series, Season 3, Episode 76, "Baby Doll".
A former child star named Mary Dahl has become bitter and insane in part due to a medical
disorder that prevents her body from growing to adulthood, and having fallen into obscurity as an
actress. Years after her show was canceled, Dahl snaps and kidnaps her TV family, who all led
more successful lives and careers than her, and holds them prisoner on an abandoned soundstage.
While Robin works fast to free the actors from Baby-Doll's explosive death-trap, Batman pursues
the tiny fiend through a deadly carnival funhouse.

Not a comic fan, but I like how Batman has so many interesting enemies.

I can't remember if I read or heard it, much less where it was, but someone pointed out the fact
that:
1) Every batman villain is suffering from a unique psychosis, none are evil just for the sake of
being evil or greedy/power hungry in a "sane" way.
2) Batman never kills. It does not matter who or what, but he has never intentionally killed.
There was some significance in that regarding him, but I can't remember.
