Yup. It's called ghost stories. It's all on youtube.
As I recall, the original show in japanese was scooby doo-ish in nature, but when they sent the
script to the dub team, they didn't translate any of it. So they basically decided to improv and
ad lib their way thru the whole thing. It very well may be the funniest anime dub I've ever seen.

I'm pretty sure this is the same team that did "A Time to Screw" (or something along those
lines), which was equally bad with no actual script translation.
I'd love to find a name for these guys.
