Sure. During the penultimate mission, you can find one of the Spider King's broken fangs in the
caverns beneath his lair.
You can use it to dissolve the webbing that binds his sacrifice. Carry her to the healer and hand
over the fang so that he can create an antidote. Feed the girl that antidote, and you're done.
Access to the good endings and loot from both branches of that quest line.
