as i've mentioned before: why the fuck do shitty games like lol and dota get the big prizes and
the limelight for esports?
all the SF games actually require skill. not to mention the fact that those shit-tier moba faggot
games are still updating, fixing exploitable bugs, fixing balance, adding new characters,
changing gameplay and more. at least with console releases like SF, they'll patch the game if it
needs balance fixes or ban op characters in tournies and if the mechanics change significantly
from game to game, you've still got the fucking game everyone already played on and you don't
have to use the new one.

you act like practicing 1 thing over and over again and doing it mindlessly is the hardest most
exciting thing ever. What he did in this video was amazing but there are many more factors to
take into account, like how if the opponent hadnt backed off trying to wait out the time there
was a good chance he would of ended the fight right there. thats strategy>skill, but overall at
the end of the day the reason why fighting games like these are not featured as much is because
they require alot of skill and not alot of strategy, while a game like LoL or dota requires a
pretty even mixture of both

Isn't this actually parrying? As I understand it, you can just hold back to block but, you would
get chip damage. If Daigo blocked that Ultra (?) he would have lost. Instead he did the more
risky parry, which you have to tap forward at the right moment and there is not chip damage.
