Did you even read what the last guy said? Your stats are shit, you need to raise them to up to
unlock more perks. You can spam Scholar's Tea and Vitality Tinctures to get Intelligence,
Strength and Toughness maxed out easy. You should pick speed for the stat boost every time you
level.
God help you if you ever play something like Fallout.

He's level 10, he probably has all the low tier (25 stat requirement) perks already. You need to
be in the 50s and later 80s to get the really good stuff.
