There's a mexican midget family(maybe just a couple?) somewhere near where I used to live and I'd
see one of them (either the guy or a chick) riding on something similar to this, but more
ghetto-looking. It was basically a big cooler starpped to a homemade razor scooter with an engine
inside it. Haven't seen them in a while though despite still living somewhat nearby, must've
gotten deported or arrested for violating traffic laws
