Second treasure is when you get to the first Block Ferry room. Rather than go through the door towards the "end", keep riding the block ferry off-screen, which will take you to the second treasure. The third treasure is near the top of the tower. Rather than enter the door at the very top (after riding the block lift), walk left and fall, but position yourself just under the door's platform. You'll fall to the secret hidden door, where the third treasure is. And that's it. That's all there really is to the game.

To the left is death, to the right is an upward-moving platform that crushes you, and the three falling blocks in the center (if you wait for them) don't go anywhere. I'm beginning to question the viability of this stage. And fuck your pixel-perfect jumps all over the place.
