It's just vectored flash. Also it's been around for quite a number of years.

FUCK! Has everyone's minds been poisoned by the videos converted to swf? THIS is what Adobe Flash
is DESIGNED to make! THIS is what an .swf file is SUPPOSED to be!
For crying out loud, Wakfu was entirely animated using Adobe Flash. Let that sink in for a minute.
Not to say that I don't get a good laugh from my daily dose, but for fucks sake, it's important
to remember that this kind of content is what we should shoot for.
