Content? No. People? Other boards, yes.
The only way 4chan can be fixed now is IP sessions locking OTHERS out from posting for a period
of time.
4chan is too fast on so many boards.
Being forced to sit around doing nothing will improve quality considerably. This has been proven
several times through the years when the site has fucked up, DNS shitstorms and such.
Even /b/ back at its most active in the 2007-2009 times, even if got good when the site fucked up
or some ISPs DNS fucked up and only a handful of the users that are normally there were on. (or
it was lucky enough to kill ISPs that had all the shitty users, unlikely though)
