There are no big secrets to adventure to anymore. >> [_] Anonymous 11/24/14(Mon)16:45 No.2609372 >>2609369 IDK man there are whole communities online who hunt for deserted or abandoned locations who just photograph em and leave them as they are. There are plenty that exist and will continue to be created for a good few decades at least. >> [_] Anonymous 11/24/14(Mon)16:50 No.2609378 >>2609372 Yeah, but they're all hospitals, or apartment buildings, or factories. They're all in urban areas so they're hardly a place to escape to and relax. Nothing that big older than a century has stayed hidden in Europe. The only places left to explore for that kind of thing are the ebola-ridden jungles of africa and the amazon and there's a reason no one explores those. >> [_] Anonymous 11/24/14(Mon)17:00 No.2609388 >>2609378 I live in Dorset, UK. I went for a lengthy walk the other day and stumbled across ruins of a chapel built in some woods and it had graveslabs as well as an altar. I found the name of the chapel by searching for the names found on the gravestones, it isn't a secret to local ramblers or the landowner but to me who had lived within 2 miles of this place my whole life... I had no idea it existed. There was definitely a strong sense of adventure from this. If you live in the countryside of rural Europe I guarantee there are places that don't see change. So what if it sees the occasional walker every few days/weeks... Rural Asia is even more untouched. So what if it's a hotel, a hospital, an apartment block, a chapel; there's no difference to me. That sense of walking the steps where people used to live their lives; think all of their thoughts, their dreams... this is adventure enough for me. >> [_] Anonymous 11/24/14(Mon)17:02 No.2609391 >Renamed flash.swf >> [_] Anonymous 11/24/14(Mon)18:20 No.2609469 >>2609391 and your point, newfag? >> [_] Anonymous 11/24/14(Mon)18:26 No.2609473 I've been having a pretty shitty day, been pissed off. There are loads of little hidden away areas that probably less than 1% of a typical town knows about, visits, or even passively sees. Best go visit them before they get knocked down for BUSINESS and JUNKIE HOUSING. >> [_] Anonymous 11/24/14(Mon)19:12 No.2609528 we need more chilled on this board... >> [_] Anonymous 11/24/14(Mon)19:26 No.2609545 >>2609369 >>2609372 >>2609378 >>2609388 >>2609490 >tfw one day in our lifetimes full immersion vr will exist and we'll be able to go anywhere and |
