It makes a new save for every site you open it on.
If you want to play the same save on a different site, you have to copy it over.

Seriously?
Click the wrench in the top right corner. There click Save and select where to save at.
The game then creates a NotePad file that contains a lot of seemingly random gibberish.
Open the game on another site, there click the wrench again and then Import,
In the window that opens, enter the gibberish from the NotePad file,
SHAZAAM
You can now play Clicker Heroes somewhere else and stop wasting space on /f/
