According to the creator, the new version is supposed to go up for patreon people midnight PST.

Unfortunately he's saying this is basically a half-release and it's not gonna be fully playable
until the next version that'll (hopefully) get released on the 30th.
Really liking the new animations and art/ui, but I'm kinda scared on how the stat systems are
gonna work out since it'll probably a lot harder to get maxed stats on everything and abuse the
system.

True, but I sorta hope there'll be some way to game the new system, since I got some major
satisfaction out of that.
Some of the new monster types the artist has been posting on his tumblr look fucking great though.
