The easy way is to use Flashbulb, a program for modifying SWF files (which is how this file was
made). Only, that feature isn't in any released versions yet, and the website that hosts it ran
into technical issues two days ago. So you can't actually do that.
As for what you actually have to do, is shuffle the order of video frames. Doing this ranges from
trivial to impossible depending on your technical skill and tools at your disposal.
