It's about how the guy's got an addiction to weeb things, and he's just zoned out on his bed
doing nothing pretty much the entire day. The first part is showing how everything he watches is
just the same shit over and over again, and the animators are just giving out fanservice (the
constant showing of boobs and ass). Forgot what the red parts about, something about how the girl
in the seat is the embodiment of anime or some shit. Forgot all about it.

Then the part after that is showing how this addiction is eating his life away (the embodiment of
anime eating his body) and he ignored his gf because of this addiction. The flashbacks of the
photos remind him of how good his life was, and then he decides he'd rather that than his current
life, and the part with him and the gun is showing how he wanted to fight back against his
addictions. But he gets fucked in the ass, and the embodiment of anime kisses him, showing that
he can't give up the addiction, and thus it shows him on his bed again at the end.
tl:dr it's about addictions and how hard it is to get out of them.
