It could be mods. If thread gets enough reports it becomes visible in global report queue. For

Pretty sure it isn't that.
I've seen large numbers of flashes just suddenly die at random times.
It started happening recently after something happened on /f/.
I cannot remember what the hell happened though, it just left my mind the instant I thought of
it. Fuck.
