Barrack Obama is nobel price laureate and under is reign, the worlds destabilized, nuclear war
became more probable than ever and not a SINGLE thing he did was directed towards enduring peace

while that is generally true, simply based on how media-hyped the kind of position is, he can
shift things into some basic direction.
i dont know if thats common language in USA too, but there crtainly is a reason why american
military agression towards communism "reagan doctrine" and we call the whole anti-terrurism/"preve
ntive"-war/collaral-murder bullshit "bush doctrine"
you see, if obama would be portrayed in the media shaking hands with putin with the headline
"obama and putin agree on new ICBM, nuke, antinuke and precision weapon limiting treaty" - that
would be kind of a message to the people of america.

their president often has served as a template on how american citizens, esp military, think
about the world. see these two thinking schemes:
- we feel safe because we are the only nation capable of nuclear surprise strike [and we call
everyone a traitor whos providing evidence that russia and/or china are also quite able of
completely anihilating this world]
- we feel safe because neither we will attack russia, nor will russia attack us, because we both
know about our balanced power and agree on the result beeing inacceptable
it really is that one person voted into presidency who makes all the difference which general
sheme he wants to be more popular.
