how dare you make me cry today

The thing that always kind of bothered me about this is why is him being a deaf/mute such a huge
deal to her? I don't actually know any sign language, but I assume he is using it, but even if he
isn't, they'd still have to have found a way to communicate. But the crux of the entire video is
centered on her inability to talk to him, and frustration that results.
Also, if she had lost so much blood that they had to kill him with a transfusion, she should be
super already dead. An adult of average weight and height has about 5 liters of blood, while a
child around 80 pounds would have about half that. You can usually lose just under half the blood
in your body and still survive. So the idea that the girl had lost so much blood they had to kill
the father for it and her not being dead already is just way out there.

The point isn't that they can't talk, the point is that she's an angsty teen that gets made fun
of at school and takes it out on her dad.
The blood bit is a valid point, though. And also: How the hell did he hear her fall down in her
room?

he sensed her distress from afar by sheer parental concern

glad I talked to my dad today and that we actually have a good relationship unlike a lot of
spergs who lurk the site. I feel bad for anyone who either can't get along with their father, or
their father is such a piece of shit to not even try to like their child.

He doesn't die, he's just asleep. Chances are she gets bullied because of her Dad.
>>2629942
He doesn't here her fall down, but he's expecting her to come downstairs for cake which she
doesn't, so he goes to check on her.

But the big thing about the video is not showing anything he says to her when it's from her
perspective, showing their inability to communicate and the anger and frustration she feels from
that. The underlying idea to the video is that she doesn't really understand her father, which is
where all the conflict originates.
His final monologue over the cake is even about how he's sorry he can't talk to her like a normal
father.

insurance commercial

My father wants nothing to do with me, I would gladly take this father over my own. He is,
dearest? he is something that I can't find words for, he is loving no matter what. of course
thats what the commercial is trying to make you feel. I just hope this never actually happened,
that she loved her father before it was too late.

It was the girl who flat lined anyway
>> [_] Anonymous 12/15/14(Mon)00:23 No.2629998
i'm leaning towards the side of "serves them fucking right"
that father should understand that ill-chosen methods to express love are harmful to the
recipient regardless of the intent. he should understand that he is an embarassment and should
stay out of range of his daughter's personal life. if he knew what was best for her he would
search for other methods to assist his daughter without fucking up her self-esteem in the process.
