you're gonna want to ascend around levels 120 - 140 for some time. it gets boring but you'll
break that wall after a while.

well you could do much more quick (120-130) ascensions in the time it took you to get to 219
and considering each of those would give you one omeet HS and at least 7 HS for hero levels
yeah you would gain much more than just pushing for super high level
