Fire in the Sky is the film. It's based on the 'true story' of a guy who claimed he was abducted
by aliens and experimented on.
Also I assume the humor comes from the clashing of the imagery and sound - the sound being happy,
funny and invoking fond memories of Seinfeld (unless you hated the show) and the imagery showing
terrifying body horror involving one's eyes.
