I completely lost it at his look of "What's the matter with this kid?" just as the voice starts
speaking.
What language is it?

Top = Ball
Kek = Cake
Narrator: "Turkey knows it's mouth taste, it eats about 10 million topkeks monthly"
Guy on phone: "Why do you care what time it is?"
Manlet: "TOPKEK!"
Guy on phone: "Sir, the order is coming..."

I thought "topkek" was Turskish for "cupcake"?

Nah man, Turkey is filled with idiots, they use at least one English word in every sentence they
form.
They say cupcake for cupcake but they pronounce it like "KAP-KEK".
Also, the reason that manlet was screaming is because he usually plays Mafia members or "Tough
Guys" in Turkish Comedies and he usually intimidates everyone with his really deep voice.
