This was dumb. Don't waste your time, but if you do, do the top one, then the the left, then the

Spoiler:
First - Talk to the top person, accept the 'never move more than once in any direction' promise.
Second - go to the right person while keeping the first promise and take his promise 'only move
left'
Third - Moving east only and changing direction accept the lefts promise and break all promises
to open the doors.
