I think you're missing the point.
Riot is incapable of creating interesting female characters that aren't cute or sexualized. That
is why they can't make something like this and expect people to like it, people are accustomed to
their lolis and titcows.
Any other game dev studio has no problems solving this issue, because they don't drown their
fanbase in titcows and then take it away from them.
