For short clips where quality isn't important, long-term availability is desired and with
controversial content, ffmpeg (ffmpeg.org). "-qscale 10" generally keeps the filesize under 10MB.
For throw-away YouTube clips where quality and/or length are important and long-term retention
isn't, yt2swf (xeloh.com/ntool/yt2swf). There are some spergs here who are very vocal about their
dislike of this method though.
Bit of a moot point -- /wsg/ allegedly has sound-enabled .webm support now.
