...and they were all slaughtered for food regardless and died happily ever after.

Yes...so very very happy. Look, I support helping the family-owned farms/farming communities, but
The animals are still damned regardless. Given that fact, this flash's point falls on it's face.

Now excuse me while I eat some tasty animals.

The world cannot support it's population without industrialized farming of organisms, plant or

People like to forget that if we get rid of the industrialized farms we'll be producing at best
1/4th the meat we where before.

1/4th the meat means quadrupled meat prices which would likely lead tons of business going under
because aint nobody paying $12 for a big mac

I'm all for treating animals right when we can, but in this situation, we cant

the obesity problem comes from the over saturation of processed fructose in the american, and by
extension, western diet. Not because they eat to excess. Regardless of what /fit/ might tell you,
calories are not just calories. Things like hfcs encourage the production of fat cells, which is
why babies fed fruit juices become obese.

It's also a lack of exercise, lots of people now get less than an hour a week

>> [_] Anonymous 03/07/15(Sat)02:55 No.2709663

  >>2709656
No. Exercise is the narrative which pushes the blame off of government regulations,
subsidizations of corn, and corporate money making strategies and makes it entirely the personal
  responsibility of the individual citizens.

Like I said, we have an epidemic of overweight children not even a year old and it's because of
the injection of massive amounts of fructose into their diets. Babies can not exercise, and they
can not over eat. But they are becoming over weight. This is most common in lower class house
holds because these parents get their baby food from the government as part of their welfare
  package. They have no choice.

We are being poisoned, intentionally, because processed sugar makes cardboard garbage taste
delicious. It's cheap due to government subsidies, and is twice as sweet as real sugar while
being 1/5 the price which is why so much of it is added to everything.

  >Babies can not exercise, and they can not over eat.
Babies most certainly can over eat and you can start exercising pretty fucking young

>> [_] Anonymous 03/07/15(Sat)03:06 No.2709676

Ohohohoho. Industries and organizations like organic food groups make me laugh.

I'd sure like to have listeriosis infected meat given to the people of the world at a larger cost
both to the consumer and the environment.

I agree. Increase price of food! Increase land being used for inefficient agricultural methods
thus causing actual problems to the environment! Don't treat infected animals!

Also, that typical 'big agriculture stomping on independants' card being played.

I imagine its going to be a good 30 or so years after it becomes viable before its actually used
extensively because of how much it'll be shit on in the media

any of you ever tried being vegetarian? The shits fucking hard. I'm also looking forward to that
test tube meat stuff also. E-Z mode. And it also wont be so bad for the environment or our bodies
