I lost my shit that was so fucking stupid, pulls out a book filled with what I assume to be pure
justice, reads from it as if it was a magic spellbook that would grant him impunity, and shows it
to the officer like he gives a fuck

Eh, I suppose it would be legal to "travel" without a license, with walking and all. But he was
driving, even though he claimed he wasn't.

There's a reason the law is that you have to prove "beyond a reasonable doubt" and not have
photographic evidence.
>> [_] Anonymous 04/10/15(Fri)22:47 No.2745575
>>2745571
Even being in the driver's seat with the car on is sufficient proof (and yes, that's court tested
and approved).
>> [_] Anonymous 04/10/15(Fri)22:50 No.2745578
why are people actually debating about this? is this some sort of epic new meme?
of course its police brutality fucking pig cops how could they prove he was driving.
>> [_] Anonymous 04/10/15(Fri)22:51 No.2745580
>>2745578
Police cars have cameras on them, and the camera would have had to have seen him driving.

Because they saw him driving...in a car.
Hate to say it, but if one won't abide by the rules enforced by the government, you'll get your
ass handed to you. This guy learned the hard way and got his window shattered by the cop like he
was superhuman, and got tazzered two times. Remember, driving is a privilege, not a right.

beyond a reasonable doubt is the intention, but there is no way of proving it, that also only
applies to the jury as to whether there is enough evidence for conviction. An officer only needs
reasonable suspicion that the person has committed or is committing a crime to arrest someone. As
disgusting as some people may see it, the jury will most likely convict on too little evidence,
especially in insignificant cases such as traffic violations.

I think that loophole can be patched when asked by what means they are traveling, it have been
covered in court before.
Even so, he would not have been caught if he wasn't speeding, so he is just an idiot.
