The video is 1720x1236, the swf 66% so that the window is full when opening in standalone player;
the window aspect ratio does not match the swf ratio when the swf width or height is too big.
Bugged me when testing. Open the flash in fullscreen and count the pixels.
It lags on some laptops, even with the video being 5fps

How do you make seamless loops? I finally learned how to embed h264 video, but I can't loop it
properly.

Looping video in flash can be sticky because of sync issues. If I were you I'd separate the audio
and video, and use an event handler to restart the video and audio whenever the audio ends.

Read up on appendBytes and its buffers: what happens if you... append the bytes twice? A hint.
If you come up with a way of fixing Flash rightclicks on FF and lower end machines when using
SampleDataEvent, I'll right out tell you what I do for seamless loops.
