Not OP. But because original filename is important.
You can always download them, rename them and then upload them again here or somewhere else.

Original file names are important BUT not if they doesn't mean anything. If the flash was released
by the author with an intended file name the name should be respected. But for example if he
uploads it to a site that just assigns the flash a random number or a hash ID then the file name
has no weight and can be renamed.
msx459tfy568o.swf obviously doesn't mean anything to anyone and can (should) therefore be renamed
to advance the whole of mankind into a more enlightened future. If the author had a original name
in mind somewhere the name should be restored to that (if someone kan track down the original name)
but otherwise anyone can pick whatever name they want to because whatever he picks will be better
than the previous name (unless of course he just bashes his keyboard).
