The thing about h-games is that you need a story. Nobody wants to play a boring stat raiser or a
dungeon simulator. Anything that is repetitive in any way will put people off. People will spend
a few minutes playing something like that blowjob game, but they will spend days or weeks playing
Fate/Stay Night which has practically nothing in terms of gameplay or interaction.
Programming and drawing skills are not important. The ability to write a good story is.
