I can never get the illusion to work in these, no matter how much I cross my eyes.

Me either, I went in the /h/ thread and tried some of the advice too.

I can get it working with the finger trick or when I look at my nose ridge but if I move my vision
to the screen it goes away and I can't get crosseyed looking at the screen either. I'll practise
more later maybe.

Anyone know where to find more of these?

>> Anonymous 6mar2015(fr)14:05 No.18283 D P5R4

First one of these I've seen, but I figured it out.
Close your right eye, look at the right image and move your hand up close to your face so it blocks
your view to the left image. Keep the hand there and open your eyes.
Close your left eye, look at the left image and move your hand up close to your face so it blocks
your view of the right image. Keep both hands where they are and close your eyes for a few seconds,
cross your eyes while they're closed, then open them. This should trick your brain into shifting
your eyes so they focus in a way that overlaps the images.

I've done a lot of eye-crossing exercises over the years though (I wanted to be like Marty Feldman)
so that may be a contributing factor.

All of my few works (only 2 seconds loop except for this one) are in /h/ stereoscopic thread.
I also just discovered this blog who have that kind of animations :
corradosgifs.blogspot.fr

Awesome find mate, thanks for sharing! Someone should do a compilation and get them up on swfchan
in a single flash. Should be possible to keep file size reasonable, just remember to set the images
as jpgs in the library (high quality) and NOT have the default lossless option checked.

noticed that the animations work better if they were on opposite sides.

opened two windows to figure that out.
instead of (sideA)(sideB)
should be (sideB)(sideA)

Is there a non-crosseyed version of this?

Doesn't seem to exist.
Just make your own by inverting those pictures.
