16 bit microprocessor at a couple of KHz, maybe 4 KiB of ram.
You do realize that we're at the Eight generation of video game consoles right now, right?
Further PC doesn't use such a silly generation system, moreover if it did it'd be many times
higher than the console generation.
Anyway, something similar to this could in theory be rendered in real time if properly optimized
but it's unlikely anyone would.
TL;DR, there are no current 4th gen systems as we're on gen 8 now, you might have missed a couple
of decades.
