At the start screen - Choose dominant for the doggy style option or lovers for missionary style.
I didn't bother with submissive so I don't know if that has an extra option. Yandere has no extra
options but if you right-click and press forward then right-click and press play it'll give a
longer intro/story dialogue sequence before moving into the yandere scenario.
