I have no idea what it's supposed to be, but I thought you folks might like it, so I re-encoded it for you. Any advice on the encoding would be greatly appreciated, as I kinda had to murder this to get it under 10MiB. HEADPHONE WARNING: This contains sudden, piercing noises.
