This is done at qscale 20, I'd be really surprised if you could get the text legible without a real compromise in audio quality. avconv -i "War Photographer Video-QAFXayH1bpY.flv" -preset Placebo -r:v 25 -q:v 20 -q:a 3 "War Photographer.15.swf" I guess I could have dropped the framerate a bit more than I did, but I always think that looks like crap whenever I try it.
