It's Touhou. A bullet hell type game. Specifically, that is the game Impossible Spell Card which
features a twist on the normal mechanics. Each stage is a one-trick boss with a seemingly
impossible pattern, so the game offers you cheat items that you can use. The real magic is
beating the cards without the use of items, which all are possible.
