Removing national borders is wrong

Gave me goosebumps but I disagree with the overall message, it's Marxist so inherently wrong
though it's trying to be good.
And yep, removing them is wrong. The land belongs to the ethnicity, not everyone.

>We need to feel more and think less
I think it's the other way around. People feel too much now-a-days and we need more rational
thought before we have more knee-jerk reactions with feelings.
>> [_] Anonymous 05/11/15(Mon)11:02 No.2777383
Music sauce anyone?

I think it goes both ways. Kneejerk reactions are results of feelings, but getting locked up in
trying to find the best solution is wrong too; for example, it often happens that the
international community ignores crimes against humanity because it's a diplomatic nightmare to
find a solution that won't burn bridges with other countries, when it's very apparent what the
correct course of action should be. Fuck bridges.

>einstein bad
>gandhi good
This shit is stupid as hell in the context given. They're presented as polar extremes when
neither one was rational to the point of insanity or selfless to the point of insanity.

It's not like the land of a nation has anything to do with the people who live there anymore.
We all living in america anyway.

You guys are missing the entire point. Chaplin is using "country" as a metaphor for mustache.
Charlie declared World War II on Adolf for stealing his toothbrush mustache, but through bitter
struggle and the sacrifice of many lives, realized the folly of war, and that postage stamp
mustaches are not the sole property of a singular personality, but a resource to be shared and
enjoyed by all humanity. This is his Come-to-Jesus moment, where he shares his epiphany with the
world and ends all philtrum suffering.
I would have thought that was obvious...

>Detroit
Known as the world's automotive center, "Detroit" is a metonym for the American automobile
industry.
>Birmingham
The city is a major international commercial centre, ranked as a beta− world city by the
Globalization and World Cities Research Network; and an important transport, retail, events and
conference hub. Its metropolitan economy is the second largest in the United Kingdom with a GDP
of $121.1bn (2014), and its six universities make it the largest centre of higher education in
the country outside London
>Rochdale
Rochdale today is a predominantly residential town. Rochdale Town Hall—a Grade I listed
building—dates from 1871 and is one of the United Kingdom's finest examples of Victorian Gothic
revival architecture. Rochdale is the birthplace of the Co-operative Movement. The Rochdale
Equitable Pioneers Society, founded in 1844, was the first modern cooperative; the Rochdale
Principles are a set of ideals for cooperatives.

He's basically saying, "Hate is bad. Fighting is bad. Why not love?"
