Zone Skullgirl flash edit
Replaced all the announcer files with a blank sound file.
I might make another edit where I remove the hud elements because that is slowing down the flash a
whole lot on my computer (hiding it speeds the animation immensely, but you cannot advance the
animation when you are in there).

I seem to have missed a single announcer file. So there is a small chance you will hear him during
the fight start beginning. Aide from that, there shouldn't be anything else.
I will probably upload an update version of that, and a no UI version/speed improvement sometime
later.
