How the fuck is Metal Gear able to know if I'm using a mono TV?

You get that if you change the sound in the settings from stereo to mono.

I'm glad kojima never develpoed a serious metal gear game. These games just wouldn't work if
someone took it too seriously and wrote an article about how it's all a metaphor for human
consciousness and the theory of life as we know it.

i think he was completely serious about the games anti-war messages, and the way he forces
dialogue to advance the plot (at least in the english dub) is pretty painful, so i doubt kojima,
let alone anyone thinks the series is "deep."
Honestly i cant think of a single game that taught me something I didn't learn from children's
books.
