  republicans and democrats allotted 30 mins
  time stopped at 23 mins into the debate with the democrats still having 5 mins of reserve time
  for rebuttal
  this time was supposed to be equally divided between the parties with each party getting 2.5
  minutes
  republicans use a whole 7 minutes without the democrats getting a rebuttal
  they wanted to end the debate because they used up all the time
  without the time being divided, that means there is still a whole 5 minutes left of reserve time
  up for grabs since the democrats didn't use it and it wasn't divided equally
  based Rand knows how to read a clock and requests the time left over, BTFO the president
  president realizes mistake but does not want to admit mistake
  based Rand keeps using standard protocol to BTFO the president and make him look retarded in
  front of everybody because he knows he fucked up

  and watch it. Also Rand's a republican, so there was virtually no chance of him getting time
  allocated to democrats without someone objecting. All he was trying to do was waste time.

  Good god, what I wouldn't give to just have a clean fucking sweep of house and senate, start over
  with all brand new people.
  And then term limits.
  NOt sure what the current time frame is for senators and reps, but no more then 10 years for
  either of them.

  It's really bad when the only way you can get rid of some of these assholes is for them to just
