anyway.

If you have above median intelligence for /f/, you can download these files, rename them in the
correct order and extract the full 2.0 version of Shinobi Girl.

That requires being able to figure out the correct sequence for a series of images that involve
seasons and death though. You could just read the alternate filenames archived by swfchan or go
get it from the website mentioned above.
