  save it as a .jpg
  Go to google and search by image
  upload the screenshot and search
  go to web results, one of the first few should be a youtube link
  go to youtube
  go to developer mode on your web browser
  find the link to the isolated video file in the coding
  right click
  save as

  Or you can go to your options menu of your browser (probably top right) and just hit save page,

  You can do it the way these guys are suggesting OR if you want the EASY way, do this:

  Using Firefox (because that's what I use)

  1.) Load the flash.
  2.) Click the 3 horizontal lines in the top right corner of your browser to open the options list.
  3.) Click "Save Page"
  4.) Select where to save.
  5.) Profit.
