I'm gonna go through this as fast as I can to see if it really is the whole game

yeah i dunno what the fuck happened. It's worked before from when I saved it. I probably
corrupted the file somehow.
(though I last played it on a laptop with XP)
If any anon has it available to reupload I'll delete this

I've got a copy of Cave Story which worked just fine a year ago but has since refused to go past
the loading screen, just like this. I don't know what the problem is, though I'd guess somehow
the current version of flash is incompatible with it. If anyone knows how to deal with this I'd
like to know about it.

Weird things have been happening with Flash player in its current version; many of my old saves
now suddenly don't want to cooperate anymore, locaslly on my own machine. idc to screw with it
here, but I can get my oldies to display properly by starting the swf in Flash Projector at its
native resolution, then maximizing and restoring window size.
Also, ones that look like this in-browser seem to mostly work fine in Projector. One
(gravity.swf) ONLY works right in-browser, but not in Projector.
I have no idea why that's happening, but there it is. Try it with this one, see if it works.

is the game actually made in flash?

what are you supposed to do on the first level? all I can do is move around, can't open the door
can't interact with the items, nothing.
