Dave Chappelle always was critical of his own race.
That said, I'm kinda confused. If he was white I'd laugh and crack nigger jokes but I'm not
really sure what Chappelle is trying to make fun of here. It's like he actually means the jokes
he's telling.

2.) rape is a crime of sexual depravity predominantly in Asia where you have lots of sexually
repressive cultures with high male:female ratios and restricted access to pornography.
In the US and western nations, rape is predominantly a crime of power, and one's living
conditions and upbringing certainly load upon stressors and ideology that motivate sex crimes.
