no new flash today, stuck on audio editing a loop so it doesn't sound so obvious
audacity is what I'm practicing in so far, trying to learn more flash still so I don't have to
use the manual fixes I used when I made this flash last night again
Marked for deletion (old).

At least this chap makes an effort and asks for help.
Well, yours is a cry for help too.

What exactly is giving you trouble? I don't use Audacity, but all the major DAWs do the same
basic stuff.
Is it:
1) cutting a loop in exactly the right spot?
2) you cut a sweet loop, but it rendered (saved) with an audible seam?
3) you saved a perfectly good loop, but it gets a gap in the seam when your flash is compiled?
for 1), PRACTICE - it can be tricky getting just the right cut at a beat that has exactly the
right voices at the right levels, otherwise some creative blending is needed.
for 2), NEVER render your loop as an .mp3 - the format automatically adds padding to the signal
at the ends, and without very fancy code hax or special MP3 player hardware, cannot be looped
seamlessly. ALWAYS render a prepared loop as a .wav, and at at least as good a resolution as you
intend in the final flash.
for 3), you need to determine the proper type of trigger property the sound object should have,
weather it's a stream (poor for most loops), start, or event (better, learn each one's behavior
to know the best use). Setting the wrong type can have effects anywhere from an audible seam, to
infinite triggering of endless loops each pass of the frame it lives in... the "crescendo din"
effect.
