Step one. Fire up cheat engine.

Well I just happened to have done that and experimented a bit. The neutral start point is zero,
when it goes blue it's negatives, when it goes pink it's positives or the base zero.
If for some reason that doesn't work you can always do the unknown/all instead of searching zero.
The values that control it are most certainly there. You just have to spend some time making
small adjustments to her mood bar and searching increased/decreased as you do so.
