I can never decide which part is funnier
the nonsensical seemingly random assortment of letters on signs in the background
the guys spinning on top of proportionally way-too-big VW beetles
or the guy whose dance is just a bunch of hand-stand scissor kicks.

looking at the cars a bit more I just have to wonder if the artists had even seen a real-life car
before drawing them in this scene.
If I had to guess i'd say this whole scene was made by Korean animators who had never seen any
cars except for foreign soviet made tin-cans and US army jeeps.
